Fathom is licensed under the GNU AGPL v3. Section 13 asks that anyone interacting with this service over a network be offered its corresponding source, so here it is: github.com/mioku50/Fathom.

The agent integration kit - the client, x402 transport and adapters you would actually install - is Apache-2.0, and imports nothing from the AGPL core. Calling this API puts no copyleft obligation on your code.
